Did you ever experience that irritating and gnawing feeling? The constant torment in your mind that’s at its worst at beginning of each week? Every day it continues to linger around and never fully goes away.
It's like a life block, triggered from the dread of starting another week. A feeling of being forced to do something that I have to do, instead of doing what I want to do.
It’s the repetitive cycle of the same routine, constant stress, and restrained feeling of, “I want to drive my life in the direction of something more significant but how (do I start)?”
It’s not easy to make a change, especially with something like this. You feel vulnerable from the uncertainty, there could be unpredictable consequences, you don’t know where to begin, and more importantly there are responsibilities to fulfill that you can’t neglect.
Yet week by week this feeling continues to haunt me…
Well…I’ve finally had ENOUGH!
If I’m going to dream of a better life then I’m going to move forward with intent towards making a change.
I don’t want to look back one day and have an incredible level of regret because I just sat on my ass, complained daily, and did absolutely nothing towards making a change.
It’s time to take ownership and realize – the only one who can take my life in a direction of something more (or less) meaningful is me.
This is my journey to dig deep and find the secret to make it happen. I know it's possible because I love to learn, I'm motivated to grow and I'm determined to find the results I want.
Starting a blog is just the first step. I’m hoping by sharing with others and hearing about their “life blocks”, it might start paving a beautiful new path that’s designed with a more wholehearted purpose.
Who knows…maybe along the way you might realize…
A dream can be lived, but you first need to take that initial step and just BELIEVE it’s possible.
So let’s not waste any more time doing what we have to….let’s start taking action in life because we WANT to.
